PANTA RHEI (Everything Flows)

Design: Architects Huber Nienhoff and Igor Markov GMP Berlin & Made a Mano by Rosario Parrinello

“Panta Rhei (everything flows). The wave is the manifestation of all change. Forged from the hard volcanic basalt of Mount Etna with the help of diamond blades, the light form, oriented upwards, is then glanced green and fired at more than 1,000 degrees.  5,676 10x80x4 sheets enclose the trees at the Caucasus park in Krasnodar in a sweet embrace which causes any contrast between materials and symbols, water and fire, hard stone and light forms, to simply melt away.”

The collaboration between Made a Mano and Elli Design has led to the development of new products, which are representative of a common journey of the two companies through the traditions, the values and the excellence of Italy. This furniture is the perfect union of all the Sicilian spirit embroidered into made a mano glazed lavic-stone and the wood manufactured in the historical design district in Brianza.

NEW MOSS-GREEN FINISH FROM OSSIDO + NEW DECORATION

Design: Made a Mano by Rosario Parrinello

Floor with modular tiles realized in Etna’s lavic-stone with the moss-green finish from Ossido Collection. Finishing realized with handmade decorated tiles inspired by the New Decoration Collection. Due to an innovative technique, the decoration is visible only if the light reflects off the black surface.

Made a Mano LUCE© On completion of the Made a Mano LUCE©, carried out with the collaboration of Marco Merendi, ARMILLA, and CLOE table lamps will be presented in addition to Zoe, Zenobia, Smeraldine, Zora, Ipazia, Zirma, ed Ostro, Grecale, Scirocco, Libeccio. The lamps that refer to Made a Mano Luce project in collaboration with the Designer Marco Merendi, they will give light and emotions in the different corners of Binova showroom, where Made a Mano by Rosario Parrinello is the partner.

Our masterpiece, born of our first international collaboration, is this library, re-interpretation of the table “Come tu mi vuoi”, from the collection MAGMA, designed with the architect Ilenia Indaco, and exposed in the Binova Durini’s showroom. CAMERE DI LUCE

Rooms of Light is an exhibition where rooms, which are covered by surfaces with different material vibrations, houses Timeo design lamps that, through refraction games, bring out the nature of the materials enhancing the beauty of decorations and processing of made a mano surfaces. Custom made design of floor and wall covering by Rosario Parrinello, Art Director of Made a Mano – selected by Studio DBmLab Architects of Milan for Timeo design.
